Terms: 10 & 25 years amortization, no balloon
Use: Working capital, leasehold improvements, business expansion/acquisition, partner buy-out, debt refinance
SBA 504
Loan Size: $500,000 – $10,000,000
Use: Purchase, refinance, or construction of owner-occupied commercial real estate
Perk: Lower fixed rate than 7a loan
SBA Express Line of Credit (LOC)
Amount: $50,000 – $250,000
Structure: 3-year revolving + 7-year term-out
Rates: Prime + 6%–6.5%
Note: Must be existing 7a borrower or paired with a 7a loan. LOC max = 20% of 7a amount
🔄 Lines of Credit
ABL LOC (Asset-Based Lending)
Amount: $500,000 – $5,000,000
Rates: Prime + 2%–5%
Collateral: Inventory/Receivables (UCC 1st position)
Advance Rates: 85% on receivables, 50% on inventory
C&I LOC (Commercial & Industrial)
Amount: $50,000 – $500,000
Rates: Prime + 2%–5%
Term: 1-year revolving, renewable annually

DCR: 1.25 minimum
Use: Acquisition only
